Terms of use

HeyCalendar is a free service. There is no subscription, no contract, and no guarantee of availability. Donations, if you choose to make one, buy nothing — they help cover hosting and do not entitle you to support or uptime.

Reasonable effort to keep it working, and to tell you when it is not. The dashboard shows when each of your calendar links last synced and what went wrong if one failed.

What you should not expect: a guarantee that an alert will always arrive. Alerts depend on Google, on your calendar provider, on Pushover or Telegram, and on your phone. Do not rely on this as the only thing standing between you and a meeting that matters.

Only add calendar links you are entitled to use.

Do not use the service to fetch URLs for any purpose other than reading a calendar feed, to probe systems you do not own, or to place unreasonable load on it.

Accounts that do any of the above may be removed without notice.

You can delete your account from the dashboard whenever you like, which removes your data and the calendar this service created.

The service may be discontinued. If that happens, there will be notice in advance where possible, and your configuration is exportable at any time so you are never locked in.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for a missed meeting, a late alert, or any loss arising from using it.
